I've been self-employed for as long as I can remember across different fields including:

• IT training
• Physical Therapy
• Personal Coaching
• Business Coaching & Mentoring

When I was employed I again worked in various fields:

• Oil & Gas
• Maritime
• Aviation
• Farm Supplies
• Hospitality

I have a knowledge of many industries as you can see.

My biggest bugbear of the corporate world was the use of acronyms and 'office speak', and more generally I cannot abide waffling, hence doing this work that I do now!

Personally, I have a love of animals and nature and live a pretty simple life, prioritising my three dogs and spending time outside over pretty much everything else.
